Descriptions:
NEXT – A one-hour lunch event where people not currently connected and engaged at Journey can learn about mission, vision, take a virtual campus tour, and explore how their gifts and talents fit within a serving team.
Grief Care Group – Chapter 4 is a conversational group meeting together to discover hope and healing after the loss of a loved one. This is an open group for adults. 2nd Saturdays 11am-1pm
Caregiver Support Group – Free Time for Me is a caregiver support group with the emphasis on “ME”, the caregiver. This is an open group (for adults) helping caregivers find hope in what sometimes feels like a hopeless situation. 2nd Saturdays 2pm-4pm
1830 – 1830 is our environment for young adults ages 18 to 30-something. They meet in between services each Sunday, in the area next to Connections. Text YAJOURNEY to 41411 to receive text alerts about all we have going on with young adults at Journey.
Starting Point – Starting Point is an 8-week group for “seekers, starter, or returners”. It is for those who either are not sure about their faith, still asking questions, or want to begin a relationship with Jesus Christ. Starting Point meets in Groups 3 during the 9:15am service hour.
Jump Start is a unique 60-minute presentation where parents and kids learn what it means to have a personal relationship with Jesus. It is designed to help parents and their children begin talking about faith, and it is also the first step in our baptism process for kids ages 10 and up.
