Starting Point – an 8-week conversational environment for people seeking to explore God, Jesus, and the Bible, for people just starting their relationship with Jesus Christ, or for those returning to church after being away for a period of time. Everything has a starting point, even faith.
Grief Care Group – Chapter 4 is a conversational group meeting together to discover hope and healing after the loss of a loved one. This is an open group for adults. 2nd Saturdays 11am-1pm
Caregiver Support Group – Free Time for Me is a caregiver support group with the emphasis on “ME”, the caregiver. This is an open group (for adults) helping caregivers find hope in what sometimes feels like a hopeless situation. 2nd Saturdays 2pm-4pm
NEXT: NEXT is a one hour monthly event for those who are looking for additional information about Journey and how to connect here. This event includes lunch, a 15-minute presentation, and a campus tour with behind-the-scenes- looks at each ministry area. Our goal is to help people know the opportunities to engage and why engagement is important in their growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Baby D – Baby Dedication is not a one-time event, but rather, it is an opportunity for parents to take some time at the beginning of their journey to really think about what will matter most in the life of their child. Baby Dedication is for children ages 2 and under. In order to participate in our Baby Dedication Event on July 20, please plan to attend a 15-minute orientation on either Sunday, June 2 or Sunday, June 9.
THEOPRAXIS – These are short-term theology classes for volunteers and leaders at Journey. It is one of the ways that we equip people for ministry.
